TABLES/DESKS

Here you will find assembly instructions for our tables. First you will need a #3 Phillips screwdriver or bit for a drill. A #2 is the most common size but for these screws you will need the #3 as a #2 will strip the screw heads. Next make sure you have everything. Here are packing lists for our tables.

DESK/CONSOLE TABLE/COFFEE TABLE/END TABLE WITH HAIRPIN LEGS

Table top with pre drilled holes on bottom.

4 hairpin legs.

12 #12x1&1/4" wood screws

Now that you are sure you have everything you can begin assembly of your new desk. Start by placing the top upside down on the floor or on a table. Set one leg over the pre drilled screw holes. Start all three screws before tightening any of them. Next tighten the screws until snug. Be careful not to strip the hole as the wood is soft. If you strip the hole see below for repair instructions. Next install the other legs one at a time. Please let us know if you have any questions, thanks.

KEYBOARD TRAY INSTALLATION

To install your keyboard tray start with laying the table top upside down. First you will need to attach the slides to the tray. Line up the front of the tray with the front of the slides (black plastic cap) and run the screws in. They are pointed and the wood is soft so no holes are needed.

Once you have the slides mounted you can set the tray assembly on the bottom of the desk wherever it works best for you. It has 10" of travel so keep that in mind when placing it on the desk. Once you have it figured out simple run the screws into the wood.

STRIPPED SCREW HOLE REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

If you stripped a screw hole here is how you repair it. First get some super glue. It needs to be very thin old school super glue. No gel as you need it as thin a possible. You will also need some toothpics. Drop a few drops of superglue into the stripped hole and push in a toothpic or two or three. Whatever fills the hole. Wait for it to dry and you can either re drill the hole with a 3/32" bit or just run the screw in by hand.
