You will need a #3 Phillips head screwdriver or bit for a drill. #2 is the most common size but will likely strip the heads of the screws. Start by getting the base and laying it upside down. On the bottom you will find 4 pre drilled holes in each corner. Use the #10x1" screws to install the casters. Start all screws before tightening any. Hand tight only on all screws.
Next find the base flanges (round plates) and install one at each end in the middle where there are 4 pre drilled holes. Again start all screws before tightening. Some screws may be a little off. Just run them in the best they will go. Next install a 10" pipe onto each base flange. Hand tight only. Check to see that both are about the same height off the base, adjust if needed. Next install a base flange on top of each 10" pipe. Next find the mid shelf and turn it upside down. Ther top of the mid shelf is generally smoother due to the extra coats of clear. Lay the mid shelf upside down and place the bottom shelf on it with the flanges down. Rotate the flanges to fit the pre drilled holes in the shelf. Install screws. Tighten all screws. Next flip the base/mid shelf over and set right side up.
Now find the hanging bar and add a 90 degree fitting to each end. In the 90 degree fittings add a 36" pipe. On the bottom of the 36" pipes add a base flange. Set the pipe assembly on top of the assembled base/mid shelf. Rotate the flanges to line up with the pre drilled holes. Install screws and tighten.
Now your Florida rack should be complete.
